Rainbow Bright Christian Learning Center
Watching your child grow and learn is a joy—and choosing the right preschool matters.
At Rainbow Bright Christian Learning Center, we provide a loving, faith-centered environment where children are encouraged to grow, explore, and develop their God-given talents. Our motto, “Where God’s Little Promises Grow and Learn,” reflects our commitment to nurturing each child with care, guidance, and purpose.

History
Rainbow Bright Christian Learning Center began as a community outreach of First Mennonite Church. Rebecca Rios and Helen Toevs began the licensing process in 1989, and the center opened that August with a capacity of 20 children.
In 2003, a generous donation made it possible to expand the center, doubling its capacity to 40 children.

“My prayer for all of our families is that we work together to help their little ones succeed in the learning process. I get so excited to see children discovering their world. There is no better feeling than seeing the happiness in their eyes and their excitement when they complete a task successfully—it empowers them to strive for their next discovery.
As I reflect on 40 years of teaching, I have seen so many children grow and learn. Knowing I helped them begin their educational journey feels like my contribution to God and the world. To give children encouragement and confidence is a true blessing to me. How wonderful to know the world is a better place because of the lives of the children I have been privileged to guide. What a wonderful promise fulfilled.”
